Spinach Salad with Parmesan

Serves 6: 36 cal, 1g fat per serving

Ingredients

  • 5 cups freshly washed and trimmed spinach
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pint fresh mushrooms, sliced;
  • ½ cup of radish, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Method

Toss all ingredients with your favourite non-fat dressing.
