Spinach Salad with Parmesan
Serves 6: 36 cal, 1g fat per serving
Ingredients
- 5 cups freshly washed and trimmed spinach
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 pint fresh mushrooms, sliced;
- ½ cup of radish, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Method
Toss all ingredients with your favourite non-fat dressing.
